Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire prematurely, in the case of:
- Services that have been fully performed where performance began before the withdrawal period expired with the consumer’s express consent.
- Tickets or registrations for events occurring on a specific date or during a specific period.
- Goods or services that have been customized or produced according to the customer’s specifications.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where the customer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Notice Regarding Donations
Voluntary donations to Generation Hope generally do not constitute contracts for consideration and are therefore normally not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Donations will only be refunded in exceptional cases where required by law.
